Welcome to Bloodlines & Banners ("the Game"), operated by Synprax Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By
creating an account or playing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the
Game.

music, narration, and cinematic video — are produced with AI generation tools as part of our

Anything you submit (display name, in-game choices, feedback) you grant us a worldwide,
royalty-free license to use to operate and improve the Game. You confirm you have the right to
submit it and that it doesn't violate §2.
The Game is provided "as is" during Early Access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any
part at any time, and campaigns may be reset or lost. We are not liable for lost progress. Your
data is handled per the Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: the Game is provided without warranties of any kind; we
are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data/progress; and
our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the 12
months preceding the claim (which, for free/invited access, is $0).
If you purchased the Game through a storefront (itch.io, Steam, or a similar platform), refunds
are handled under that storefront's own refund policy in the first instance. See our
Refund Policy for details, including the window we honor for direct purchases.
You may stop playing and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate your
access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service or other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA (the home state of Synprax Labs LLC), without regard to conflict-of-laws
rules. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-game or by email, and
continued play after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
